Wired for Reading is a powerful, systematic program that follows the Science of Reading. It begins with articulatory awareness instruction. Through learning kid-friendly linguistics, students learn how their mouths produce sounds. Learning through linguistics helps students to see and feel sounds so they can get them in the right order when reading and writing. This helps students develop a strong mouth-to-sound connection which will enable them to link sounds to the abstract letter later on.
